Here is what you do: 1. Set an appointment with the person to meet you in your web conference room. 2. Once both of you are in the web conference room go to your moderator settings and \"lock the room\" making it secure. 3. Then take a screen shot from your web conference room of the document and bring it up on the white board.
You can either use your microphones like a walkie talkie and talk back and forth or use the text messaging feature. Both work very well to communicate and express yourself. If desired you can use the white board to write text or draw on the document. Once you are done you can save it onto your computer. If a signature is needed you can simply fax the document to the person have them sign it and fax it back.
